My issue was that despite how often I work out or try to eat better, I can't get rid of the belly fat. When I visited the institute, the doctors told me this is a common problem and that cool sculpting can help me get rid of the fat. I hadn't heard much about this technology, so I asked them if there was data to show it works. They spent time to show me the data and actually explained how it works on a physiologic level. The procedure was straightforward and I am looking forward to the results. Doctors were friendly and not rushed. Also, doesn't hurt that they trained at Harvard. The staff were welcoming and professional.
