10/10 as always! It had been a while (about a year) since I last visited as I was undergoing some medical health treatments. I walked in and Elena recognized me right away. Elena is hands down, absolutely amazing. She is warm, kind, and super knowledgeable. I was a little nervous and she reassured me everything would be fine, answered all of my questions and even handed me a blanket as my body was shivering. Her customer service skills IS one of the main reasons why I'm a "regular" customer. Now, onto Dr. Patel, he's amazing himself! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, answered every single one of my answers and took the time to analyze my face and gave me his feedback/recommendations that were in total alignment with my requests. I'd absolutely recommend this place for all of your dermatology needs including any and all facial tweakments. From my experience, the goal is to enhance your features while still looking natural. I've been going to Dr. Patel for about 6 years, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. I moved out of state recently, and I still try to come to him when I'm back in Miami because I trust him. I don't bother with med spas anymore, they just don't have the knowledge and training that a dermatologist has.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for years and I would not have anyone else touch my face. He is excellent at his craft which is making people better and more beautiful versions of themselves. He and his entire staff(Elena is amazing) are welcoming, helpful, and professional l. His office is beautiful and immaculate. Highly recommend!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Patel is truly the BEST. He did my filler and neurotoxin without leaving a single bruise. I could go to work the next day and no one looked at me twice. The procedure itself was comfortable and the least pain I have felt compared to others who have injected my face. I highly recommend seeing him if you are considering cosmetic enhancements. He is experienced, professional, and kind: a dermatologist's Dermatologist!

Dr. Patel was patient and informative and provided me a treatment plan to help improve these issues, I am currently on my second laser treatment and so far with just one, I've seen a 40-50% reduction in skin texture, pores and hyperpigmentation. I recommend Dr. Patel, his friendly and warm staff.

I have had a wonderful experience at Miami Skin & Vein. The space itself is immaculate, there is virtually no wait time, and everyone is friendly. Dr. Patel is clearly a highly qualified MD, which was important to me for my collagen-boosting procedure. My skin looks completely natural, and my face looks younger than my years.
