I went for my Botox and I expressed to him some of my concerns and he really listened and we created a plan that was suitable for me. About 6 years ago, i had a horrible facial cellulitis following injectables from another provider that caused significant damage to my right cheek. After a year and half of antibiotics, i went searching extensively for a provider who would be willing/able to help fix all of the damage from the infection. I tried several other highly reviewed providers and had multiple attempts at filler to make my right cheek look like my left again and just never got the results i was looking for. I had pretty much given up hope when I met Dr Patel. He took a long and thoughtful time to hear about my extensive history and understand my concerns, and then he took a thorough time to examine my skin and actually develop a thoughtful plan to help me. After 4 sessions of filler, I can look in the mirror for the first time in years and actually feel like myself. I am beyond grateful for having found dr patel. Dr Patel is a trustworthy cosmetic derm provider. I recently did fraxel 1550 to help treat residual acne scars which I have been treating for years via a variety of procedures elsewhere ranging from not as invasive such as PRP Microneedling to very invasive such as fully ablative CO2 laser. I must say by far out of all invasive procedures performed with different providers and clinics this is by far my best experience and I trust that with continuation of Dr Patels recommendations I will get to my goal or at least as close I will ever be. With this laser I have been able to plan better around it and do not need to take so much time off work everytime I do it compared to other procedures I’ve done. Yet it is still effective and more mentally palatable. If you suffer from acne and or acne scars I recommend consulting with Dr Shaun Patel. Keep in mind most of the time these procedures do not come at a low cost but if you’re going to spend the money elsewhere definitely come here. He is fair and realistic in treatment and treatment costs. You will also be able to track your progress because they will take professional images of treated areas every time you come in. Overall I am satisfied with my treatment and look forward to my next 2 sessions of fraxel 1550. Thank you to Dr Patel and his amazing staff made up of mostly younger women who aspire to be future nurses and medical professionals. They are all very kind and knowledgeable.

After receiving stitches and dealing with a fresh scar, I sought out Dr. Patel for a scar revision. My initial plan was to undergo CO2 laser treatment, but after my first visit, Dr. Patel recommended the Vbeam laser instead. This option was less aggressive and had no downtime. After just three sessions, my scar has improved by 95%—it’s practically invisible to everyone except me ( just because I know it was there ), other people can’t notice it anymore. I’m thrilled with the results. My experience has taught me the importance of being proactive about post-scar care. Daily application of Avène Gel cicatrice has also been incredibly helpful. If you find yourself in a similar situation, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Patel without hesitation. This experience has made me more self-aware and proactive about my skincare overall, which benefits me now and will continue to do so in the future!

This was my first experience having filler. As far as Dr. Patel, he is a direct, professional, and efficient. what I appreciated most was his open communication during the procedure when he let me know when the next needle would be inserted, what sensations I will feel, etc. Very good bedside manners. As for the procedure and results, it was very simple and straightforward chin filler with little to no discomfort. I felt very comfortable in his hands. The results, as of now one week from its completion, I see a subtle improvement. Initially I had developed a bit of swelling but it has gone down since. It comes off as natural and I am overall satisfied. I would most likely return for a different procedure and would likely recommend him for chin fillers.

He performed a laser technique on some small capillaries on my nose and face that have bothered me for years. After 4-5 previous laser therapies and thousands of dollars spent at other practices, his V Beam laser was amazing. In just one treatment the blood vessels were gone. It was like magic! It also did not hurt like the previous lasers I’ve tried over the years. Dr. Patel went over my daily skin care routine and approved of the medical grade products I’ve been using. I came to Dr. Patel for chin/jaw filler and had an amazing experience. The consultation was informative and I was able to get the procedure done the same day. I wanted to wait at least six weeks for my final results before reviewing and after doing so I can thoroughly say that I am loving my results. I originally chose Dr. Patel because I had seen before/afters on his insta of patients that he had been treating for years. Even after years of treatment, they maintained their uniqueness and looked like themselves which is not the case for some other injectors. My results were noticeable to me while still being subtle enough that friends and even family didn’t see filler, they just saw ME. And now it’s significantly soften and has become unnoticeable despite being in the middle of my forehead. Dr. Patel is patient, direct, and most importantly, realistic. I find him to be more of a conservative injector, and I am often the one to ask “what else can we do?” or “please tell me about ___ laser”. And I truly appreciate that Dr. Patel doesn’t oversell results, push unnecessary treatments, & isn’t afraid to say “no” when I need to hear it. This is a rarity here in Miami, and it’s how you know your face is in good hands. The procedures I’ve had done include: 3 rounds of microneedling with PRP, upper face and masseter dysport, 2 rounds of V-beam lazer (if you have broken capillaries around your nose & cheeks or rosacea, this laser is a godsend), hydrafacial, and most recently face and neck thermage (Akansha is fantastic). I’ve been coming here for about 8 months and my skin has transformed! I have acne prone skin, and the products and treatments that Dr. Patel has prescribed me have worked super well to bring down my redness and my acne. When I mentioned that I have hormonal acne, he was happy to refer me to another doctor who specializes in acne so that I can get the best care possible. I’ve also done Botox and microneedling with his office. I love how natural the Botox looks. The microneedling treatments I’ve received are super thorough! Both Dr. Patel and Ximena are incredible at it. Ximena makes you feel calm the whole time. She’s also extremely thorough and detail oriented. Would 100% recommend coming here! I’m definitely one of those patients that looks at each detail and complains if something was missed, but they are super thorough here and if they missed anything, the staff is really nice and will follow up on it in a later appointment.

Dr. Patel is a meticulous injector with the eyes and hands of an artist and scientist. He is always looking for solutions beyond those that provide immediate gratification, or a “quick fix”, and he is constantly planning for the long term. Dr. Patel is truly an amazing cosmetic doctor. He is the type of doctor who believes in natural results. All of my Disport treatments have turned out great. He puts in just enough to help limit lines and extreme movement. He avoids “over doing it” and does not aim to freeze any type of movement or expression in my face. When people comment on my skin and I share with them that I have Botox, many are super impressed with how natural the results look.

Dr. Patel has been my doctor since 2017 and I originally came to him for lip injections because of his great results and now as the years have passed I’ve done everything from chemical peels, Dysport, under eye fillers, and he always does an excellent job! He goes as far as creating an entire skincare plan for me. Staff is attentive and kind. Great communication before and after procedures, my time and money is definitely valued here.

I absolutely love my results! I got a filler in the nasolabial lines plus my regular dysport. The results are incredible!! It softened my lines and now my resting face doesn't look angry/sad but rather happy and content. I was a little nervous to do this procedure because it's the first time I'm getting a filler but i trust Dr. Patel. He's an artist. It was my first time getting fillers, so naturally, I was nervous. However, Gabriela, Roxana, and Dr. Patel made me feel like I was right at home! Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and willing to answer any questions I had. After only my second visit, the staff seriously felt like friends to me. Dr. Patel recommended a different skincare routine to help me with my redness and pores, and the products worked like magic. After a month of use, my redness and the appearance of my pores have improved so much. Additionally, I got tear trough fillers, and they came out great after we figured out I needed another syringe. Everyone did their best to make sure the procedure was as painless as possible, and they definitely helped my nerves go away. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend getting work done with them!

I did extensive research on the doctor who treated me, however, was left looking worse than when I went in. I was mortified to say the least. I found Dr. Patel and went in for a consultation to correct what needed fixing. His staff offered me a bottle of water when I walked in and was told to have a seat while I waited for him. The clinic is beautiful and is located in a wonderful area! His staff ARE THE SWEETEST, most KINDEST girls I have EVER met in any office setting I’ve ever had to go to (Except for the 1 rude older blonde lady, she shouldn’t be working there because everyone else is EXTREMELY GREAT). I suffer from panic disorder, sometimes it’s hard for me adjust to my surroundings. Dr. Patel and his staff make you feel like family when you walk in, the energy is so uplifting and positive, my anxious thoughts were no match! When I finished with my treatment, Dr. Patel handed me a mirror so I can see my immediate results. I couldn’t believe it, almost immediately there was a MAJOR difference! I cried.
